The experience include:

- Review about Guijuelo and Iberian ham culture.

- Explanation about the Iberian ham natural curing process and how to select the best Iberian Ham.

- Acorn fed Iberian tasting: Acorn fed Ham, Loin, Chorizo, Salchichon Acorn feed, Local Crianza red Wine, Water, Homemade bread, Local sweets.

Cancellation Conditions:

-If the cancellation is made 15 natural days before, it will proceed to refund 100% of the payment.

-Doing it 3 natural days before, there will be a refund of 50% from the total amount.

-There will not be any refund if the cancellation is made with less than 3 natural days of anticipation.

-Once the number of participants is confirmed (at least 3 laboral days before)it will not proceed to do a refund if they do not show up.

-If Alma de Ibérico cannot carry out the experience it will proceed to make a refund of the experience´s  total amount.

-IMPORTANT: Alma de Ibérico will suspend the activity if the group arrive more than 15 minutes later.
